Paperwork

We will have your paperwork ready when you arrive. Fill out as much as you can ahead of time to save time in the office.

Talk with Dr. Polson

You will sit down with the doctor to talk through your health concerns and the care program designed specifically for you.

Exam and tests

We will ask about your health and history, then do a few physical tests to find what is limiting your movement.

X-rays if needed

Some conditions call for x-rays to rule out anything serious and get a clearer look at your spine, so we can build the most effective plan.

At-home guidance

Before you leave, you will get movements and stretches to do at home to support your healing between visits.

Next steps

In most cases you will have a follow-up within one to two days to review your exam findings and go over your treatment options.
